We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with solid experience in import/export documentation to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. If you thrive in international trade environments and know the ins and outs of logistics, bank coordination, and shipping processes—we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle all import/export documentation
- Coordinate with banks for LC, BRC, and other trade documents
- Manage logistics coordination, including ocean freight bookings
- Ensure timely and compliant dispatch of goods and paperwork
- Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders
- Maintain accurate records and support finance for accounting entries

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export documentation
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, INCOTERMS, and custom procedures
- Experience in banking coordination related to international trade
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation software/tools
