**Working Conditions**:

- Monitor performance, providing feedback, and coaching as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, garden area and back-of-house areas to ensure standards are met.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services.
**Operational Support**:
- Assist in the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including laundry, room cleaning, and public area maintenance.
- Ensure that housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained, stocked, and ordered.
- Oversee cleaning activities and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure efficient use of cleaning products and equipment, minimizing waste.
**Quality Control**:
- Conduct quality inspections of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company and health department guidelines regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in preparing departmental reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, payroll, and performance.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Help manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
**Guest Relations**:
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided by the housekeeping team.
- Resolve guest complaints regarding room cleanliness or housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests.
**Health & Safety**:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
- Participate in safety and fire drills, ensuring staff are trained in emergency procedures.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
