**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Train the salespeople on how to promote the company’s products and services effectively.
- Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them.
- Develop a culture of product leadership by improving product assortment basis market analysis and delivering the best consumer experience.
- Impart knowledge to establish customer experience standards while ensuring scalability and implementing orientation programs for new employees.
- Perform training sessions with new employees through various methods to engage employees.
- Implement different sales training techniques such as gamification, group activities, or case studies.
- Document the activities in a report and share the same with higher management.
- Manage Retail Outlets in the respective Province
- Preparation and review of course material
- Observing training sessions and providing feedback to the functional heads, audience, and training/project objectives
- Formulating action plans to ensure an increase in the level of customer satisfaction with the implementation of different training programs.
- Design and Delivery of Retail, Soft Skills, Customer Service, and Induction training for Staff and Managers.
- Counselling staff on grievances and maintaining staff relations

Key Requisites and Skills
- Work experience as a Trainer is a must
- Experience leading a retail training team is an added advantage
- People who have grown from Retail operations would be preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning
- Platforms
- Excellent presentation skills
- Graduation is a must.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
