**Job Title: Investor Relations Officer**
- **Communicating with Shareholders**: The IRO communicates with current and potential shareholders, answering their questions and providing them with information about the company. They may also communicate with the media, providing them with press releases and answering their inquiries.
- **Financial Reporting**: The IRO helps prepare and distribute financial reports, including annual reports and quarterly earnings reports. They work closely with the finance department to understand the company’s financial performance and to ensure that financial information is accurately reported.
- **Earnings Calls and Investor Meetings**: The IRO organizes and participates in earnings calls and investor meetings, presenting information about the company’s financial performance and answering questions from participants. They also participate in investor conferences and other events.
- **Compliance**: The IRO ensures that the company complies with securities laws and regulations. They work closely with the company’s legal department to ensure that all communications and reports meet regulatory requirements.
- **Market Analysis**: The IRO monitors the company’s stock price and the stock market in general. They analyze trends and developments in the market and assess their potential impact on the company’s stock price.
- **Internal Communications**: The IRO communicates with the company’s management team and board of directors, providing them with updates on investor sentiment, stock price movements, and other relevant issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree would be a plus.
- Proven experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.(english,Hindi,Tamil,Peferably Telugu)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,591.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
