Job Description: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually captivating, innovative, and high-quality designs across various digital and print platforms. Your ability to produce compelling visual materials will contribute to our brand's success and help us engage and connect with our target audience effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including **websites**, **social media**, **brochures,** **posters, banners, logos,** and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills.
- Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure that the final output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, receiving feedback and incorporating changes as needed.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Relevant work experience and a strong portfolio may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on both digital and print design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (**Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro**.), and knowledge of other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking constructive criticism positively and making appropriate design adjustments.
- Knowledge of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design is a plus.
- Experience in motion graphics, **video editing**, or illustration may be an added advantage.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**-**Should have knowledge about designing tools like
- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Creativity is mandatory along with best practices in social media.
- Must have knowledge of photo editing software, concepts of various designing and implementing social media content, print media experience in Brochures, Flex Banners, Flyers, etc
- Need to create attractive social media creatives, Ad Creatives to reach an ample audience along with online research.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
