**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for a SDE-1 to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in requirements gathering discussions with the product team.
- Develop the backend of the Zinier ecosystem with high quality.
- Work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve product issues.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to handle technical debt.
- Contribute to the training track for other team members across the company.
- Document technical aspects of the Zinier platform and keep the documentation updated.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in OOPS concepts.
- Strong understanding of Java SpringBoot and REST API development.
- Experience in Test Driven Development on SpringBoot.
- Strong experience in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases, MySQL preferably.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform and experience in using services such as S3 and Lambda.
- Good understanding of code versioning tools and bug-tracking systems, such as JIRA and GIT.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Knowledge of DocumentDB or any other document database will be a plus.
