Venture capital investors and startup CEOs have amazing stories to tell nationally and globally. We are a dynamic and creative marketing team, with the responsibility to help drive marketing activities for the company and our own investment firm. We narrate their powerful stories in the most creative and credible form, originating from a leading venture investor with a hot portfolio. Our distribution channels include social media, PR, newsletters, and our websites. Being a globally-distributed and gender-diversified team, we also take a keen interest in the different cuisines, travel, and culture stories of our team members (So please be prepared to listen and share as much)

**Roles and Responsibilities**

- Ensure day-to-day social media posting across LinkedIn and Twitter for both, Unitus Ventures and Capria Ventures.
- Assist the marketing team in creating and maintaining a real-time content calendar that tracks important and relevant calendar days, industry and portfolio specific events, and other key developments concerning the sector.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of social media content across platforms
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding of social media content to maintain writing consistency,
- Create daily content calendars capturing social media posts for Unitus Ventures and Capria Ventures
- Brainstorming ideas with the team for various digital & social media campaigns.
- Assist in planning and implementation of campaign and content collaborations
- Follow the content published by our portfolio companies across social media channels and reshare/retweet relevant content on a daily basis
- Brainstorming & assisting in promoting Unitus and Capria newsletters across social media platforms
- Have a strong creative vision and relentlessly elevate the performance of the company’s social media channels.
- Assist in tracking the performance of key competitors and staying on top of content trends
- Learning to work with social media tools like SmarterQueue to schedule social media posts as per the relevant timeline
- Create and maintain weekly dashboards capturing analytics and performance of each social media account to restrategize initiatives for amplifying engagement/impressions.
- **Be up-to-date with the latest design trends on social media**. Awareness of current industry and technology standards, collaborative tools, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, crossing many time zones and cultures.
- Follow and track social media updates from relevant industry stakeholders (startup founders, media publications and journalists, industry-specific KOLs) to engage with in order to enhance the company’s thought leadership.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Up to 2 years of experience in the field of Communications & Social Media Marketing.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Communications from a reputed college/university. Having applied to and completed some courses in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing will be of advantage.
- Should be in sync with the latest content trends and very savvy with social media. Must be following different brand social media handles.
- Keeping an eye for attention to detail.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and coherent writing skills.
- In sync with the latest social media trends. Must be subscribed to different newsletters from a digital marketing/branding perspective.
- Prior experience in managing business-related social media pages/handles is preferred.

- Excellent team member, open to taking direction/feedback well and contributing positively to the team’s overall work environment and performance.
- Demonstrating the hunger for learning and growing in the organization.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and complete assigned tasks within mutually identified timelines.
