**Client Relationship Executive (CRE)**

Location: Padivattom, Edapally

Qualification **:Degree Mandatory**

**Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

Experience**:0-1 years in Client Relationship roles in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.**

Salary Range**:₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month**

**Requirements**:

- **0-1 years of experience in client relationship management**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- **Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Knowledge of Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge and broader financial markets.
- Pleasant demeanor and the ability to create a positive client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Possess a deep understanding of capital markets or stock markets and other investment products.
- Manage and execute depository settlement activities accurately and efficiently.
- Execute Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS) with precision and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle dematerialisation requests, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
