**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track sales activities.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and present customized proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and document client interactions.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 20% travel
- Up to 70% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
