**Roles, responsibilities & duties**:

- Product training & knowledge will be given in office
- Explain our product demo to the customers via calls
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Interacting with clients over the telephone
- Complete tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Identifying the wants and requirements of customers
- Keeping up with the most up to date methods for customer retention
- Build lasting relationships with customers, and other team members based on trust and reliability
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
- Thrive in sales productivity and quality standards
