Expertise in Tools assessment, rationalization and recommendation

Identified professional will be responsible for Solution Design, Pre-Sale and Professional Services and should be ready to learn new tools and shape up his/her career in tools profile.

Job Description: Mandatory skills

**Functional Expertise** IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring tools rationalization
- Enterprise IT tools & automation strategy and planning
- Knowledge on ITSM, Process and Hybrid platform
- Worked on Platform as service & Vendor co ordination
- Delivering proof of concepts and pilot projects
- Handling pre-sales enquiries from partners and clients
- IT Business Process improvement
- Governance of Target Operating model
- Performance and process improvement
- Monitoring and management tools integration services
- Designed solution architecture for large complex Tools Transformation and Transition projects including implementation plan.
- Expertise to perform Due Diligence, Requirement Gathering, Gap & Risk Analysis.
- Architected multiple transitions from on premise to fully managed services. Cost shift from CapEx to OpEx.
- Led Tools optimization, rationalization and elimination exercise
- Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated, quick learner
