We are currently hiring a Junior Merchandising Sales Executive who will be responsible for

driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term

collaboration with Companies, NGOs, buyers, and suppliers.

Job Duties:

- Preparing sales stocks and inventory management.
- Liaising with vendors, stores, suppliers, and distributors.
- Working with other departments to decide how goods should be dispatched.
- Ensure Quality Checking & Quality Assurance.
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
- Using computer software, for example, to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections, and present spreadsheets and graphs.
- Analyzing bestsellers.
- Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
- Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
- Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season.
- Making financial presentations to senior managers.
- Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as

they arise.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience
- Team player
- Having knowledge of corporate gifting
- Aware of roles & responsibilities within the team
- Good communication skills - Hindi, English & Kannada is preferred
- Vendors follow up for orders
- Order & Vender Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
