- Reporting to: Associate Manager

**About the Role**:

- Should be the eyes & ears of customer and the voice of ekincare.**Key success metrics for this role**
- Average handling Time & First response time
- Schedule adherence
- Best customer experience & CSAT
- Repeat & FCR
- Product and process enhancements

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Upsell other products wherever possible
- Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
- Ability to analysis the situation in hand and take a business decision to ensure Customer experience is not impacted

**MUST Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Sound confident, energetic and have Patience all throughout the day
- Friendly, Calm under Pressure and Effectively Communication to customers
- Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations
- Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement
- Someone from Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector
- Someone who can be self-motivated, take initiatives, flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
- Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to customer
