**Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Interaction & Service**
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and special requests politely and efficiently.
- Provide information about property facilities, local attractions, transport, and services.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate to seniors if required.
- Collect guest feedback and encourage online reviews.
**Front Office Operations**
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest records using hotel software (Ezee Absolute).
- Ensure guest registration forms are accurately filled, signed, and stored.
- Maintain proper records of payments, bills, and receipts.
- Assist with daily occupancy updates and share reports with seniors.
- Maintain key control and ensure security procedures are followed.
**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and kitchen for room readiness.
- Assist in luggage handling and welcome drink service during arrival.
- Verify guest ID, collect payments, and update details in the system.
- Settle bills, reconcile charges (rooms, F&B, activities), and process payments at checkout.
**Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Security) for smooth guest service.
- Update arrival/departure status and special requests in daily briefings.
- Assist in handling walk-in guests and promote upselling of hotel services.
**Other Responsibilities**
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist senior staff in training new team members.
- Support in emergencies by following hotel safety and first aid procedures.
- Take up additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and hotel software.
- Professional grooming, polite behavior, and a guest-oriented mindset.
**Working Conditions**
- Requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Combination of desk work and guest interaction.
- May involve extended hours based on operational needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
