Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at GameLoot located in Mumbai. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and effectively communicating with customers. In addition, you will also have inbound call to handle.

Strong communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team

Good organizational skills

Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
