**Job Summary**: The Catalogue Intern will assist the catalogue team in organizing and managing product data, ensuring accurate listings, and supporting marketing initiatives for the boutique. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, retail, and e-commerce to gain hands-on experience in a boutique setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in updating and maintaining the product catalogue (both online and physical)

Verify product details, including descriptions, prices, and images, for accuracy

Organize product inventory in the system and ensure proper categorization

Collaborate with the merchandising and sales teams to track stock levels and incoming items

Assist in photographing products and editing images for the catalogue

Support the creation of marketing materials, such as promotional flyers or digital assets

Ensure smooth coordination between various teams to improve catalogue workflow

Help with catalog layout and design when needed

Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with stock management

Assist with any other ad hoc tasks related to catalogue management

**Requirements**:
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and image editing software (e.g., Photoshop or Canva)

Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and catalogue management is a plus

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Passion for fashion and retail industry

Duration: 2 Months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
