**Job Title**: Inventory & Accounts Executive

**Location**: Plot 130, EcoTech 2, Udyog Vihar Extension, Greater Noida, UP
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days a Week
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movement.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the production and sales teams for stock updates.
**Sales & Purchase Accounting**:
- Record and manage sales and purchase transactions in **Tally**.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations.
- Generate invoices, process payments, and handle GST compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to inventory, sales, and purchases.
**Order & Vendor Coordination**:
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and billing.
- Ensure all purchase records are up to date and match with inventory levels.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in **Tally, Excel, and GST compliance**.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounts handling.
- Ability to analyze stock reports and reconcile accounts.
- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in a similar role.
- **Certification in Tally and Excel** (Graduation preferred).
