Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Aligning with organizational goals and working accordingly

3. Sourcing the resumes through various sources like company databases, references, portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

4.Sourcing, screening, recruiting, evaluating, and managing the selection process.

Skill(s) required

IT Recruitment
- readily available for full time (in-office) internship.
- can start the internship immediately.
- are available for duration of 6 months.
- are from or open to relocate to Bengaluru.
- have relevant skills and interests.
- extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
- fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- good Written and verbal communication.
- ability to work independently and with others, exhibits team player.
- ready to work from office or home based on company needs.
