**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of **incoming and outgoing materials, spare parts, and consumables**.
- Ensure **timely issue and receipt** of materials as per approved requisitions.
- Update **inventory data** in ERP / Excel on a daily basis.
- Conduct **periodic stock verification** and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Coordinate with **purchase, service, and accounts departments** for material movement and documentation.
- Ensure **proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping** of the store area.
- Monitor **minimum stock levels** and raise indent for replenishment.
- Handle **inward material inspection** (quantity, quality, and specifications) and ensure GRN preparation.
- Maintain **records for warranty, returnable, and non-returnable materials**.
- Support in **annual audit and physical verification** activities.
- Comply with **safety and 5S practices** in store management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
