**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in the region
- Execute primary and secondary sales plans effectively
- Launch and promote new products in the market
- Build strong retailer/distributor relationships to ensure sales consistency
- Monitor competitor activities and respond with strategic inputs
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly
- Minimum 4 **years of FMCG sales experience**, preferably in food products
- Strong experience in **channel sales and distributor management**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of **Madya Pradesh** **market dynamics**
