Junior Operations Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- HR Operations - daily employee related interactions, Recruitment, recurring action items, Paybooks workflows, maintaining documentation, generating letters, tracking leaves & Tardy, etc.
- Admin related periodic checks & time-bound activities, physical security, physical inventory, infrastructure, logistics, compliances, Real Estate related issues.
- Finance (Accounts & Payroll) related tasks - monthly checklists, LOP, EPFO, statutory deductions, Group Medical Insurance, Form 16/16A & payslips distribution
- Vendor related coordination - identifying suitable partners or vendors for a task, gathering quotations, task-monitoring, billing, payments
- Legal cell coordination for contractual vetting, policy review, formal notices, regulatory action-items.
This is a part-time WFH role, person is not expected to be on-rolls as a full-time hire, with 100% WFO presence.
