**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing, and implementing solutions
- Thorough understanding of data from business standpoint and the potential of current data to build ML models
- Highlight gaps in the as-is data towards building model and getting desired accuracy
- Design solution flow with a clear definition of model input, responsibilities, gate criteria, and desired output
- Establish model accuracy guidelines and feedback mechanisms with the Business through business user interactions
- Test machine learning models for accuracy and incorporate business feedback
- Determine model owners and training needs to monitor and collaborate on model performance / maintenance
- Regular Reporting and Analysis
- Managing competing resources and priorities with regular check on deliverable

Requirements and skills:

- Previous experience working with Natural Language Processing projects.
- Interpersonal and Consultative skills
- Problem solving through Machine Learning
- Oral and written communication proficiency
- Basic software knowledge and skills
- Basic programming language knowledge

Understanding of Databases and Networks
- Stakeholder Analysis

- Requirements Engineering
- Process Modelling
- Retail industry knowledge, desired through not mandatory
