InnoWave is a global technology consultancy with a fast-growing Salesforce business unit. Due to substantial growth, we are now recruiting for a business analyst.

**Salesforce Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with clients and project managers to understand business requirements.
- Capturing and documenting the “as is” process
- Documenting User Stories
- Working alongside the rest of the technical team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements.
- Assisting with software testing to ensure solutions meet required standards.
- Delivering show and tells during the project
- Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g., training documentation, training sessions).
- Handle all administrative functions including user management (e.g., new user setup/deactivation, profiles, permissions, public groups, resetting passwords)
- Document processes and create training resources, reports, and other materials as needed
- ***

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience developing use cases or writing user stories
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- BA or PM certification is preferred.
- Consulting experience preferred - This can be from a Partner, ISV, or Salesforce direct
