**Job Description - EDI Filing Executive**

**Combined Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd** is a leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions. We are seeking an experienced **EDI Filing Executive** to join our team and assist with electronic filing processes for import/export documentation.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the filing of Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and other import/export documents through EDI systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documentation to customs and other authorities.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and agents to ensure smooth processing of shipments.
- Maintain and update records in the EDI system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Resolve any discrepancies in documentation and work with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and EDI filing requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in EDI filing, with strong knowledge of Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill filing.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and online paper filing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
