Role & responsibilities

  1. Excel Proficiency

  2. Prepare, maintain, and update export/import-related data in Excel.

  3. Use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  4. Generate MIS reports and share with management as required.

  5. Knowledge of Indian Customs Procedures

  6. Understand and comply with Indian customs regulations and documentation.

  7. Assist in preparing documents for customs clearance.

  8. Ensure adherence to compliance standards for smooth operations.

  9. EDI Filing (EICI Panel)

  10. Handle EDI filing through the EICI panel for export shipments.

  11. Coordinate with CHA/agents for timely submission and approval.

  12. Maintain records of all EDI filings for audit and compliance.

  13. Export Data Submission

  14. Collect and validate export-related data for submission to authorities.

  15. Ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping bills, invoices, and other export documents.

  16. Maintain systematic filing of all export documents for easy retrieval.

  17. Communication & Coordination

  18. Communicate effectively with customs officials, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.

  19. Draft professional emails and handle calls related to export/import operations.
  20. Provide timely updates to internal teams and management.
