**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Commerce and a strong command of advanced Excel functions. The Accounts Executive will assist in payroll processing activities and accounts activties

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **payroll processing** tasks, including data entry, calculations, and verification of employee salary payments, deductions, and bonuses
- Support the preparation and maintenance of **payroll records, PF -Tax Deductions,** reports, and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Collaborate with senior HR Payroll / Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and generate reports
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion
- Should be able to assist in **TDS, GST filing and vendor management.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required
- 6 months - 1.5 Years of experience in Accounts and payroll processing
- Strong command of advanced Excel functions, including **pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros**:

- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

**Additional Requirements**
- Fulltime -Internship or coursework in HR, payroll management, or related fields
- Basic understanding of **payroll laws, TDS-GST-PF-ESI Filing, regulations, taxation and compliance**requirements
- Experience of tools like **Tally** is must.
- Experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, KEKA) is added advantage
- Experience with **Vendor Management and Credit Card along with Bill Settlement
