**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
- Oversee **payroll processing**, employee compensation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Work with **PayPal** and other digital payment systems for reconciliations and reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an IT or tech-driven company.
- Hands-on experience in **payroll management** and familiarity with online platforms like **PayPal**.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
