**Architectural Draftsman**:
**Job description**: The Draftsman works with the rest of the creative team to develop scheme drawings for our clients. Use various software’s such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3d max to design and develop the drawings. This individual should have a deep passion towards work and always be looking for the latest trends and techniques.

**Job responsibilities**:
Develop scheme drawings based on inputs from the design team
- Revise scheme drawings based on inputs from clients
- Work with the creative team to brainstorm designs
- Develop concept models based on inputs from the design team
- Prepare working drawings on the approved scheme
- Follow up clients for site work progress
- Visit sites when and where required

**Requirements**:

- Natural artistic ability and eye for design
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
- A solid portfolio of work
- Ability to work in an office setting all day

**Reports to**: Design Team on day-to-day activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 3ds Max: 1 year (required)
- Sketchup: 1 year (required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (required)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (required)
