Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman located in Chennai. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and creating architectural drawings based on specifications, requirements, and calculations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting detailed construction drawings, ensuring all drawings comply with construction and architectural standards, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams. The role also involves reviewing and adjusting plans as needed and ensuring all designs adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Architectural Drawings, Drawing, and Construction Drawings
  • Understanding of Architecture and Planning principles
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Experience in the construction or architecture industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field
