**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and concise written content for various digital marketing channels
- Create visually appealing image content that aligns with brand guidelines
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels
- **Multichannel Content Scheduling**:

- Manage content calendars for different marketing channels
- Ensure timely and strategic distribution of marketing materials
- Track and monitor content performance and delivery
- **Image and Visual Content**:

- Develop visually engaging images for WhatsApp and web push notifications
- Use design tools to create eye-catching visual content
- Ensure images are optimized for different platforms and devices
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communications
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement
- **Conduct user research through**:

- Customer call campaigns
- User surveys and feedback collection
- Market research and competitive analysis

**Required Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- User Empathy and deep understanding of User Experience
- Basic graphic design skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and compelling storytelling

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Surat / Work from Home

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
