Database SME - 15+ Years Experience

1. Database Engine Development & Customization:

- Architect large-scale customizations for the database engine, addressing complex project needs.
- Design advanced tools for monitoring, debugging, and enhancing database functionality.

2. Performance Optimization, Code Quality & Security:

- Drive performance optimization strategies, leveraging expertise in kernel programming and data structures.
- Define overarching code quality and security guidelines for the organization.
- Implement cutting-edge security measures at the core engine level.

3. Comprehensive Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Oversee the development of robust automated testing frameworks.
- Ensure testing methodologies align with industry standards for reliability and compliance.

4. Documentation & Collaboration:

- Provide strategic guidance on documentation standards and ensure completeness.
- Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

5. Leadership & Team Development:

- Guide team leads and senior developers on advanced concepts like kernel programming and database internals.
- Lead organization-wide initiatives for knowledge sharing and capability development.

6. Strategic Development & Process Improvement:

- Define the roadmap for database projects, balancing innovation with performance and compliance.
- Spearhead process optimization efforts across the organization.

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation:

- Contribute to industry forums and open-source communities.
- Drive research and experimentation initiatives, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of database technologies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
