**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive telecallers to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential students to promote our courses, provide information, answer questions, and schedule appointments with our career counselors. You will play a key role in driving enrollment and ensuring potential students are well-informed about our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact prospective students via phone to introduce courses and programs.
- Explain the benefits of the courses, and answer questions about curriculum, admission procedures, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources (e.g., student inquiries, databases, event attendees).
- Maintain accurate records of calls, including feedback and potential student information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and encourage enrollment.
- Schedule appointments for career counseling sessions with senior team members.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as assigned by the management.
- Handle inbound calls related to course inquiries and provide relevant information promptly.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns for lead generation.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding for students.

- **Persuasion and Selling Skills**: Ability to engage potential students and motivate them to consider Frankfinn’s programs.
- **Active Listening**: Understand prospective student needs and concerns to provide tailored solutions.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-driven to meet and exceed call and enrollment targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school diploma
- 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or a related field (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language) is required.
- Knowledge of the aviation/hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
