**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS**:
The Incumbent is responsible to work closely with the Rentokil PCI and Hygiene business team providing information, advice and support on the liasoning cases especially the recovery suits to ensure that the business is compliant.

The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- agreements, etc.
- Assist and support the legal counsel on areas involving legal matters and update MIS tracker on regular basis.
- Assist and support the CS & legal counsel for board and committee meetings.
- Assist in trademark search, liaison with IPR consultants and update IPR MIS tracker.
- Represent the company in legal matters, if required.
- Coordinate with colleagues within the organization as well as external lawyers.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Drafting and Proofreading of contracts
- Coordinate with external lawyers and other departments
- Trackers of legal cases, IPR and Compliance due date

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Company Secretary with membership number - min exp of 2-4 years
- LLB (added advantage)
- Should have knowledge of Companies Act, IPR, Contracts Act, Tax laws, Labour laws etc.
