- ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE|MIN EXP-1 YR|SALARY UPTO-15K|MUMBAI(VASAI)Mumbai
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. Providing GST calculations, TDS, ITR, Professional Tax data & co-ordinating with CA for filing.
2. Visiting CA & CS Offices while Co-ordinating with CS for ROC & other required Filings
3. Attending Sales Tax, C Form, Provident Fund, Professional Tax scrutiny matters by
visiting Govt offices.
4. Making PI, Invoice, P.O, Challan, Eway bill for sales & arranging Transporters for dispatch
5. Making purchase, sales, voucher, Bank entries, Reconciliation in Tally on a daily basis.
6. Keeping Sales, Dispatch, Stock Registers updated & maintaining books of accounts for audit.
7. Calling existing & new customers & maintaining data for enquiry generation from company’s
database.
8. Dispatching materials while travelling to & fro to Freight Forwarders, following up payments
& visiting banks when required
9. Maintaining Ledgers & making quotations for clients.
10. Handling import export dispatches & preparing documents accordingly
COMPETENCY:
1. Good Proficiency in writing mails & command over English to communicate with Overseas
vendors.
2. Practical experience of Tally, GST, PT, ESIC, ITR Filings & accounting keywords.
3. Strong time management & multi tasker to perform various activities at one time
4. B com/M Com in Accounting with Experience of min 1 year.
