Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about properties and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries and concerns.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property types is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
