**What does your day look like at Kappal?**
- Prospect and identify potential customers in target markets through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, including shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics managers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Present and promote our comprehensive range of freight forwarding services, including air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and pricing, to effectively develop competitive proposals and solutions that address client needs.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements by company policies and revenue targets.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify business growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company visibility and networking opportunities.
- Uphold the company's values and commitment to excellence in customer service, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

**What do we look for in you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
