Job Description: Spinning Master

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spinning Master to join our team at Premier Mills. As a Spinning Master, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the spinning department in our têxtile mill. Your expertise in the têxtile industry and your ability to effectively lead a team will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our spinning processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the spinning department and ensure the production of high-quality yarn within specified timelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve spinning processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Monitor and control production costs, including raw material utilization, labor, and maintenance expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
- Train, mentor, and supervise spinning technicians and operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the spinning team to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and maintain the spinning machinery, ensuring regular maintenance and repairs are carried out as required.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Stay updated with the latest spinning technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of required raw materials and consumables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Spinning Master or Spinning Incharge in the têxtile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of spinning processes, equipment, and technology used in têxtile mills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve production targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing costs, and optimizing spinning processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor's degree in têxtile engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
