**Qualification**: Diploma / Degree - Textile Technology

**Total Years of Experience**: 15 to 20 years in the training field

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

- **Machine Familiarity**:

- Proficient in the operation and maintenance of various department machines, including:

- Preparatory department
- Compact and non-compact ring frames
- Autoconer
- TFO, Doubling, Singeing
- **Work Method Maintenance**:

- Maintain and optimize basic work methods for preparatory, ring frame, twisting, singeing, and related processes, ensuring smooth operations and productivity.
- **Training Program Development**:

- Develop and implement basic induction training programs for all workers, ensuring suitable allocation and retention strategies.
- **Quality Control Knowledge**:

- Possess a fundamental understanding of quality issues in preparatory, ring frame, twisting, singeing, and associated processes, with the ability to address and resolve them effectively.
- **External Interactions**:

- Engage and collaborate with external agencies and government sectors for training initiatives and partnerships.
- **Leadership and Communication**:

- Demonstrate precision and effectiveness in managing subordinates, while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi communication is mandatory.
- **Knowledge of Standards and Procedures**:

- Aware of ISO 9001-2015, TPM, and the 5 'S' work procedures, social audits, KPY programs, and manpower standards as per HOK standards.
- **Skill Matrix Development**:

- Develop and maintain a skill matrix for fine-count spinning mills to ensure optimal workforce performance.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
