**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for medical equipment within the assigned territory of North India.

Identify and prospect potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare facilities, to promote and sell our medical equipment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, medical directors, purchasing managers, and administrators, to drive sales and secure long-term partnerships.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of our medical equipment, highlighting their relevance and value to potential customers.

Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance
