**Job Title**: Placement Coordinator - Digital Marketing
**Location**: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi | **Full-Time | 6 Days (Saturday WFH)**
**CTC**: Up to 3LPA + Incentives **(upto ₹5,000 based on performance)**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end placement processes for digital marketing internships and full-time roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Organize placement drives, webinars, and workshops connecting students with companies.
- Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, placement records, and recruiter details.
- Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure students’ skills match industry requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination or recruitment (preferably in digital marketing).**:

- **Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics.**:

- Excellent communication
