**Role Overview**:
**Note**:

- Experience certificates from institutes will **not be accepted** as valid work experience.
- During the interview, practical knowledge will be thoroughly evaluated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and drafting of **HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems** for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Perform load calculations and sizing using tools like **HAP, Duct Sizer**, **E-20**etc.
- Prepare detailed designs using **AutoCAD**, and lighting simulations using **Relux / Dialux**.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Communicate regularly with architects and consultants to coordinate design details.
- Conduct client presentations, seminars, and training sessions when needed.
- Assist in mentoring trainees and junior team members.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- **AutoCAD** - Excellent drafting and layout preparation skills.
- **Design Software** - Proficient in **HAP, Duct Sizer, Relux, Dialux**, and relevant MEP design tools.
- Strong understanding of **MEP design calculations**, system design principles, and coordination.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.

**Soft Skills & Additional Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong **presentation skills** and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and able to **work independently**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must have **1-2 years of professional design experience** in an MEP consultancy or firm.
- Must be available to **join immediately** and operate **without training support**.
- Must be **committed to integrity**—no tolerance for falsified experience.
