**Job Summary**: The Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of copper wire products from the manufacturing facility to customers or distribution points. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and meet quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Review and verify customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with production teams to confirm product availability and readiness for dispatch.
- Prepare and generate dispatch documents, including packing lists, shipping labels, and invoices.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Schedule and arrange transportation for dispatched goods, optimizing routes and minimizing costs.
- Liaise with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Track and monitor shipments, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and monitor inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure proper inventory control and prevent discrepancies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Address and resolve any quality or packaging issues with the production team.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status, delivery times, and any potential delays.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to dispatch and delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update dispatch records and documentation accurately.
- Generate regular reports on dispatch activities, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to dispatch and transportation.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed during the dispatch process to prevent accidents and damage.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in dispatch operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for dispatch and logistics functions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master / Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience of around 4-5 years in dispatch or logistics roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Experience with copper wire or similar products is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch and logistics software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
- Capacity to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying conditions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically based in an office setting within the manufacturing facility.
- May require occasional travel to customer sites.
