**About this Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Drive excellent engagement with senior internal Gartner stakeholders and deliver complex secondary research projects (unstructured and open-ended) across research groups.
- Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and deliver structured findings.
- Suggest innovative ideas and identify opportunities for standardization of key deliverables to optimize time, improve data collection and delivery process.
- Closely associate with other team members to enhance the quality and depth of research.
- Collaborate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives by creating content and delivering training sessions.

**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelors/post-graduates in any specialization from Tier I & II B-schools with 5-7 years of research experience (preferably in the Marketing & Communications domain)
- Excellent communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with solutioning mindset
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly PPT, Excel and Word
- Acquainted with databases like Factiva, Capital IQ, IHS, EMIS, PrivCo etc.
