**About the role:

- **

The Field Data Collection officer's responsibilities will include meeting with farmers in the assigned region/area and providing daily reports, including fieldwork planning. During the meetings, the field data collection officer will be expected to follow all established ethical and survey protocols and to maintain excellent data quality. The field data collection officer will be responsible for meeting with 30 to 40 farmers on a weekly basis. The Field data collection officer will ensure data quality as well as strict compliance to all ethical and survey protocols during the meeting with Farmer and subsequent data management. The Field data collection officer shall be directly supervised and work closely with the Field Supervisor and Operation Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Field Data collection officer shall be required to**:

- Performing Baseline survey of the area and farmers suitable for the Agro forestry project.
- Training stakeholders involved in the project and coordination with them.
- Report to the Territory Manager and other higher-end on a regular basis.
- Working on targets and achieving targets as per the location they’re based and ensuring that they are timely achieved.
- Addressing issues timely.
- Should have 1-2 years of experience in data collection, user onboarding,
- Bachelor’s degree.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
