Experience: 10+ Years & 5+ Years
Office Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between departments and the accreditation committees (NBA/NAAC/AICTE).
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and consolidation of departmental data (faculty details, student achievements, research publications, infrastructure, etc.).
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the college or department.
- Supervise clerical and support staff, ensuring smooth document handling and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between faculty, HODs, management, and accreditation coordinators.
Administrative Officer – Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure statutory compliance with AICTE, UGC, and affiliating university norms.
· Maintain faculty and student database, attendance records, qualification updates, and workload distribution.
Job Location: Guntur Vaddeswaram
Pay Scale: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
