**B2B Marketing Executive - Role Document**

**Role Definition**

Marketing Executive is one who is responsible for generating leads for Nakshatra Automation (NA).

**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Data Sourcing and Management
- Setting up stalls in gated community & in malls
- Preparing marketing collaterals
- Meeting prospects
- Coordination with Sales team

**Tasks & Activities**

**Data Sourcing and Management**
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedln, Fundoodata, Google search, IndiaMart and from other offline networks of the decision makers of Architects, Interior Contractors, Builders, Lighting dealers, Modular Kitchen dealers, Curtain / blind dealers, Home appliance dealers and mobile phone dealers.
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization

**Setting up stalls in gated community & in malls**
- Discussing with gated community’s / mall authorities to set up a stall
- Generating leads
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization

**Preparing Marketing Collaterals**
- Collecting the relevant brochures / pamphlets from the suppliers.
- Organizing the marketing collaterals in order to showcase to prospect.

**Meeting the prospects**
- Create presentations based on the prospect
- Position Nakshatra Automation as the trust worthy company.

**Coordination with sales team**
- Supporting the sales team in conversion of the prospect to client.
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

**Measurement Metrics**
- 15 meetings per week & 50 per month
- Accuracy in Marketing report submission
