The Raw Material Planner will be responsible for the timely and effective planning of raw materials in support of the company’s sales objectives. To achieve this goal, the position will use the company’s planning and execution software systems and other software tools to generate purchase orders, maintain adequate levels of inventory, monitor and track supply orders to fulfillment, and otherwise ensure that the company’s supply plans are met on time and in the desired quantities.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Elaborate Weekly/monthly/annual supply plans for FG and RM and assure that Purchase orders are placed accordingly.
- Generate shipping instruction to international logistics team. Assure that orders are being picked up and follow up the arrival to country. Assure all shipping documents comply with import clearance requirement.
- Confirm purchase orders with local vendors including delivery date, quantity, unit of measure, etc. Update the weekly delivery report/ PO listing to related function department if required.
- Build good work relationship with vendors and others cross functional team members.
- Check for potential stock-outs due to purchasing delivery delay to make sure all the ETA meet production date. Request/follow up approval if any air shipment required.
- Ensure timely goods delivery. Assure/ coordinate importation documents for custom clearance purpose. Ie; import tax duites. Request/follow up approval if required. And coordinate with shipping agent to deliver the goods to Co-packer.
- Control of inventory in (production) and out (sales). Supporting outbound shipment when necessary.
- Keep the digital and physical files of POD and verify shipping related cost/ invoice for approval purpose.
- PGI of orders, create Remitos, releases forms and COT.
- Take immediate action to ensure material availability by expediting PO and expediting for earlier delivery when necessary.

**Essential Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related
- More than 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Planning or, Supply Chain
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations on demand forecasting and machine capacity
- Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office
- ERP Software Experience (SAP Preferred), Strong understanding of MRP, S&OP
- Fluent in English
