We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Digital Marketing Professional to lead our online marketing efforts. you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain our social Media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, newsletters, and social content
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- coordinate with designers, content writer, and other marketing team members

**Requirements**:

- proven experience in digital marketing or related field (1-3 years)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and web analytis tools (Google Analytics, Hotijar, etc.)
- Knowledge of Ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Meta Ads Manager)
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field

**Preferred Skills (optional but good to have)**:

- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (like WordPress or Shopify)
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools (like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
