**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the product management team to gather and understand requirements, translating them into design concepts and solutions.
- Work in tandem with the product development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented and to provide support throughout the development cycle.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to create engaging creatives for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials, to support our marketing efforts.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Illustrator to create visually appealing designs.
- Leverage the MUI Component library for React to expedite design processes and production times.
- Occasionally engage in video editing tasks, using your experience with video editing tools to produce in-house video content.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Product Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with product management, development, and marketing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying design concepts clearly.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering user-centric design solutions.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in designing for Surveillance and AI segment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
