What We're Looking For

A Senior Digital Designer who gets the bigger picture. Not someone who just makes things pretty (though aesthetic sense is non-negotiable), but someone who thinks in systems, understands business impact, and can navigate the complexity of global financial products.

You probably:

• Have worked with global clients and know how to communicate with all stakeholders
• Have 2-7 years building products that people actually use, working with teams that span business, tech, and design
• Understand that great CX goes way beyond the screen—it's about the entire journey
• Can take a messy business requirement and turn it into something users will love (and that makes commercial sense)
• Get the difference between a UI toolkit and a design system that can scale across products
• Are comfortable presenting your ideas and getting buy-in from stakeholders
• Can move fast—sketching, prototyping, iterating with speed that does not compromise quality
• Have worked in fintech or adjacent domains and understand the unique constraints and opportunities

What You'll Actually Do

Client Partnership: You'll be the design voice in client relationships. This means understanding what they really need, presenting solutions that work, and managing expectations throughout delivery.

End-to-End UX: Research, test, analyze, iterate. You'll dig into user behavior, run competitor analysis, and build wireframes and prototypes that communicate your thinking clearly.

Visual Design: Create interfaces that work beautifully across the ecosystem.

Strategic Contribution: This isn't just execution—you'll help shape design strategy and push for new approaches that keep our work ahead of the curve.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to ensure design thinking influences product decisions, not just final aesthetics.

Problem-Solving: Data-informed, customer-oriented approach to design challenges.

Portfolio: Strong body of work showing user-centered design, demonstrating a solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. We want to see your thinking, not just pretty screens.

Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and comfort with prototyping tools.

Visual Chops: Strong aesthetic sense, typography, color theory—the fundamentals that separate good from great.

Our Process

1. Apply with your CV and portfolio, and provide brief responses to a few questions (5 minutes)
2. Online Assessment - Largely MCQ questions around UX, Figma, Problem Solving etc (60min)
3. People video chat to align on basics (30 minutes)
4. Design challenge - take-home assignment that shows how you think
5. Technical discussion around your submission (30 minutes)
6. Founder conversation about fit and vision (30 minutes)
7. Offer, references, background check
